Job Description
Along with working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will:
- Cleanse the current database to ensure client and introducer data is consistent across the business
- Continue to monitor and update data records in line with company processes and procedures so that the data available to the management team is accurate
- Report to the Office manager any inconsistencies or issues identified in respect of data use across all users
- Assist with the Office Manager to document changes or updates in process and procedures
- Monitor data standards including adherence to the data protection act
- Assist the Office Manager in controlling access permissions and privileges
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data. Experience working in a similar position is desired. Excellent communicational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives.
