Main Duties

Check candidates right to work in the UK

Obtain and check employment references

Verify the authenticity of skills cards

Ordering, processing and issuing work documentation and ensuring they are received back

Maintaining databases

Take ownership for requests of any copies of documentation

Other Duties

General administrative work

Assisting with sourcing labour

Inputting new information to a collective database
Creating, maintaining and reorganising file systems
Dealing with information data


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Competent in Word and Excel Good customer service skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience in using Microsoft Outlook (Preferable) Accurate, well-organised and good communicator
