Job Description
You will work alongside an In-house Solicitor and duties may include;
• Taking calls and answering email
• Preparing and typing letters
• Arranging meetings
• Preparing court bundles
• Obtaining transcripts for court hearings
• Producing agreements
• Liaising with tenants and letting agents
• Ensuring gas and electric certificates are up to date
• Managing the termination of tenancies
• Handling council tax queries
• Routine inspections on properties for maintenance and deposit purposes
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Obtaining licenses for various purposes and ensuring these are kept up to date
• Assisting with insurance claims
This is a lovely role for a candidate looking to join a busy team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and bring new ideas to the table in terms of process improvements. You will be a confident communicator with excellent IT and communication skills.
