This is a thriving business and therefore the role is extremely busy and varied.
Key duties will include:
• Processing orders from a large and growing customer base
• Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers
• Resolving inbound enquires from customers
• Raising credit notes
• Managing and investigating complaints
• Managing a selection of accounts
• Liaising with other 3rd Party Logistics to resolve delivery issues
The aim of the role is to provide continuous customer improvement to the overall customer service. You will ideally have a qualification gained within customer service or administration and it is essential that you have a previous working knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite. To be considered for the role ideal candidates will have an effective telephone manner with the ability to handle difficult calls. Our client offers a great work environment but this would only be suited to candidates who enjoys being part of a team culture in a fast paced role.
