Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented administrator at our Doncaster site to cover maternity leave and provide a first-class HR and administration service to the HR team.
The role is challenging, interesting and varied and the main responsibilities linked with it are:
* Processes all departmental invoices on the SAP system and raises purchase orders for departmental spend.
* Processes monthly expenses on Concur.
* Takes responsibility for all employee absence by ensuring that the correct documentation is completed and returned by line managers and employees.
* Produces a movements sheet to show the location of each team member for the week ahead.
* Accurately records the annual leave entitlement of the HR team.
* Works closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure that speeding fines and parking contraventions incurred by company car drivers are distributed in a timely manner.
* Supports payroll & benefits administration processes.
* Operates in the Company's HR Information System, electronically updating employee information, role details, organisational chart changes, creating job codes and vacancy requisitions and launching and amending annual performance review forms in line with corporate requirements.
* Takes responsibility for undertaking pre-employment checks, exit interviews, company car inspections, devising and updating job descriptions, updating policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislations, administering cognitive ability psychometric assessments, participating in Recruitment and Selection activities and note taking at formal employee meetings to support the HR Managers and HR Business Partners.
* Provides a first-class support service for the HR Director and wider HR team.
* Supports the HR Director with administration duties.
* Supports the HR team with letters and other administration requirements.
* Acts as the conduit for all UK and Ireland communications.

The role would suit an experienced, process-driven administrator with an understanding of HR processes and an eye for detail. The candidate we appoint will be trustworthy, grounded, reliable, agile and curious, demonstrating a positive outlook at all times. Capable of prioritising, they will operate comfortably with an often demanding and conflicting workload and be an excellent communicator across all mediums. In order to meet the demands of the role, proficiency in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, is key. There will be a mixture of working from home and at our Doncaster site, so some flexibility will be required.
