You will be responsible for providing support to customers via the telephone and electronically, where focusing on the customer is key. You must be experienced with high volume data entry in a fast paced environment with good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a high standard of data quality
Be responsible for delivering and reporting on business critical KPI's
Process supplier contracts and coordinate accordingly
Support the wider team with any ad-hoc duties
Administration of customer paperwork
Enter data and flag required actions to relevant members where necessary
