Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast paced Customer Service role and have excellent punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers regarding online orders placed
-Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
-Reporting to your Manager any issues which require a second opinion
-Representing our brand with a customer focused approach to service
-Performing general administrative tasks


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Must have previous experience in a customer service-based role -Able to work at a fast pace, but also maintain a high standard of quality -Have excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills
