The Opportunity

Working closely with the planning managers on the shop floor, as well as the finance director, this is a role where you will:

• Liaise with staff on the shop floor to understand what stock is needed to complete various jobs
• You will liaise with engineers to understand their pipeline of work, and feed back on WIP to management
• You will be supporting with getting the operational side of the business to operate more efficiently while following LEAN processes
• You will work to internal business codes and provide reports and analysis to facilitate change

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have a relevant finance qualification (AAT level 3 or above, or an accounting degree) and should have strong communication skills to challenge stakeholders. You will need a strong level of Excel skills to update spreadsheets and produce reports.
