Using Sage 50 software
Ringing customers
Chasing money or answering when everyone else is on the phone
Use of spreadsheets/word processing
And have a background in accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need good credit control skills/experience and also be sage 50 capable. Use of standard office software, including excel, would be a given also and enjoying picking up the phone speaking to customers
