You will be based in the accounts department and your role will involve a variety of duties in both accounting and general administration. These will include:
Purchase and sales ledger
Stock input onto the computer system
Preparing invoices
Working on an in-house accounts package and Excel
Assisting the accounting team with overflow work
General administration / record keeping
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in working on at least one accounts software package Advanced excel including able to work with pivot tables Some formal accounts training will be required Able to independently handle a purchase and sales ledger Previous stock control experience A flexible and willing worker keen to assist the team where ever required Strong attention to detail Good at working with figures A real team player
