Job Description

As the Credit Control Manager you will be supporting a hardworking team of 8 achieve and work towards the following duties:

• Review and monitoring the creditworthiness of the accounts receivable ledger to maximise collections and minimise bad debt
• Manage the team with regards to invoicing, collections and query management to ensure that all clerical tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion
• Collections, debt management and liaison with the large, international and high risk customers to maximise collections
• Co-ordinate with relevant members of the finance team to ensure that all payments are raised and authorised as necessary
• Producing periodic reports as required by the FD
• Sales ledger reconciliations
• Establishing and actioning process improvements where necessary
