Job Description

The role will be working from their modern, well presented office with social distancing measures having been put in place to protect the safety of staff. Other benefits include free parking, close proximity to a train station and a supportive working environment.

Credit Controller responsibilities:

• Provide an effective collection service on delinquent accounts
• Dealing with a large amount of invoices (6000 clients) on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Recovering monies from sole traders as well as other larger accounts
• Instruct on return of goods in accordance with the law
• Liaising with external vendors as required
• Working towards and exceeding targets for quality and quantity
• Adhering to relevant compliance regulations

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have experience within a previous Credit Control or collections position as well as having the correct attitude to really drive the Credit Control function and to lower outstanding monies.
