Due to this growth we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Part-time Accounts Assistant to join our growing manufacturing Company. As the Accounts Assistant you will reporting into the Senior Accounts Assistant.
As our Accounts Assistant you will:
Provide support to the Senior Accounts Assistant
Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phones, processing the mail and responding to emails.
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Credit control and general accounts administration.
Processing invoices, credit notes and expenses for all staff members.
Working with and assisting sales including sales order processing.
Following and using Accounts systems.
Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential.
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
Be willing to undertake where necessary additional training.
Working Hours:
The Company office operates from 08:30am to 16:30pm Monday to Thursday and 08:00am to 15:30pm Friday.
We are looking for someone part-time to work 20hours per week. Working times are negotiable to suit the individual.
