This will be a varied position, working as part of the financial reporting department with the role covering all aspects of the Financial Reporting function, along with taking responsibility for internal controls, audit and balance sheet review.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Consolidate the Group's financial results
- Monthly Preparation of the Group Consolidated Finance Pack, including P & L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports
- Prepare the Statutory Accounts and Annual Report
- Assist with internal audit
- Ensure all necessary filings are made with Companies House and HMRC
- Oversee the annual Corporation Tax computations
- Develop and continuously improve financial reporting
- Stakeholder engagement
- Any other ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role
- Complete year-end accounts and deal with audit team
- Provide analysis for Group Treasury and Tax functions
- Provide analysis at monthly to explain monthly performance
