Job Description

As a Senior Group Accountant you will work closely with the Finance Senior leadership team and be responsible for accurate and timely management reporting for the Group.
Core responsibilities will include monthly consolidation, including preparing and drafting the board report, half year results consolidation and interim accounts preparation, statutory accounts under IFRS, consolidating forecasts and annual budget, liaising with the tax advisors and managing the cash position of the group. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with adhoc projects and analysis.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a wealth of Group Reporting experience. Ideally, you will be audit trained, but strong technical knowledge (IFRS) and experience with corporation tax returns is essential. Experience gained in a listed group/consolidation environment would be highly desirable. I am looking to speak to ambitious candidates with a can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels.
Interviews w/c 5th October with an immediate start for the successful candidate. This is an interim contract for a fixed term of 5 months.
