Reporting to the Finance Director, key responsibilities include:
Overseeing financial controls from both a commercial and transactional perspective
High levels of analysis to ensure efficiency across departments, communicating findings to stakeholder level as required
Budgeting and forecasting
Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
Managing a support level finance team on a daily basis and
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new team members as required.

Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Staff management experience - ideally within both transactional teams and mainstream finance Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record in challenging 'the norm' with a view to maximising efficiency
