Job Description

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Director, key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial controls from both a commercial and transactional perspective
• High levels of analysis to ensure efficiency across departments, communicating findings to stakeholder level as required
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing a support level finance team on a daily basis and
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new team members as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Staff management experience - ideally within both transactional teams and mainstream finance Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record in challenging 'the norm' with a view to maximising efficiency
