Job Description

The role will support across in a number of areas and tasks including the below:

• Preparation for the annual Group Audit including supporting schedules, analysis and reports
• Preparation of statutory financial statements
• Preparation of analysis and schedules for taxation
• Other adhoc projects and tasks will also be required
• The role provides a good range of work for someone with solid technical skills and with a mixed background of audit and accounts work

Requirements:

• Possess a wide range of audit and accounts experience (minimum 3-5 years) with particular emphasis on audit expertise and the preparation of statutory financial statements including Group Accounts
• Preferably a qualified accountant or finalist (ACA or ACCA)
• Experience of working with FMCG sector, and owner managed businesses an advantage
• You must be motivated, well organised, commercially minded and have a clear perception of audit requirements
• You will possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrate initiative and be able to provide accurate work in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a flexible, professional and hands on approach
• A natural team player is essential, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
