Duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:
*Processing supplier invoices
*Processing PO invoices
*Reconciling delivery notes to invoices
*Statement reconciliations
*GRNI account reconciliations
*Dealing with supplier queries
*Setting up new accounts where necessary
*Preparing and processing payment runs
*Ad hoc reporting as required
*Raising invoices
*Allocating receipts to invoices
*Chasing outstanding payments by post, email and telephone
*Further finance admin tasks as requested
