Business Support Apprentice
Salary: £4.50 - £5.50 per hour, reviewed after 3 months.
23 days leave + bank holidays, company paid onsite parking, company paid gym membership at the onsite Gym (after 6 months employment) and private medical insurance (after 6 months employment).

Our client is a multi million turnover 'new generation' Technology and IT Recruitment Consultancy Specialising in Software Development/Engineering, IT Infrastructure and Change Management sectors. Our clients range from well-known Global Blue Chip companies to local developing SMEs.
Key Duties
- Ensuring administration of the in-house database is accurate.
- Reacting to ad hoc tasks and using initiative to respond to different scenarios.
- Finding relevant contacts on websites such as company websites and LinkedIn
- Downloading CVs from online databases and importing them into our internal database
- Adding contact details to our in-house database system
- Checking and reconciling existing data on our in-house database
- Formatting word documents (CVs)
- Responding to general admin requests
- General office administration
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Taking messages
- Looking after the companies social media pages
- Working to tight deadlines
Apprenticeship Programme
During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with The Apprentice and Training Partnership, delivered through combined classroom based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning, at the end of which you will have achieved the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration
- Additional certified modules in Administration for Recruitment Businesses
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT

Qualifications and experience:
- Some administration or sales experience desirable but not essential
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
