Job Description

Details of the role:

You will support the team to deliver robust Anti-Corruption compliance monitoring and coaching programmes. By working closely with the Senior Managers and Managers responsible for financial processes across the business, you will help to drive on-going compliance improvement by raising awareness of policies, procedures, programmes and legislation.

You will:

  • Support the development of Anti-Corruption compliance monitoring programmes
  • Support in the planning of monitoring reviews
  • Execute monitoring reviews in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support to identify appropriate mitigation plans
  • Work closely with the Finance team to record findings and monitor the closure of action plans
  • Share learning throughout the wider UK and Global Compliance teams.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify new and emerging Anti-Corruption related risks

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will demonstrate: • A strong attention to detail with the tenacity and a drive to get things done on time and to a high quality • A customer centred approach with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders • Integrity, credibility and ambition Preferred skills/knowledge: • Experience of business operations and monitoring of financial controls coupled with the ability to analyse business practices and make recommendations • Working knowledge of Excel and SAP • Data analysis skills, with experience of using analytical tools e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI
