Reporting to the credit manager, this role will involve:
- Controlling the company top national accounts, including all client relationships and administration
- To be the single point contact for the company solicitors
- Placing customers in legal and authorising the company solicitors to action recovery of debt.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience managing large accounts - Full understanding of the Legal debt chase system - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail and administration experience - Strong problem solving skills and initiative - Strong IT skills
