Job Description

Providing independent assurance to the business, you’ll be our conduct risk specialist in the 3rd line. You’ll help Lowell customers to receive the right customer outcome and assure the effectiveness of the UK region’s risk management systems, internal controls and governance arrangements.

You’ll have a wealth of experience providing assurance over getting to the right customer outcome. Your previous work in a regulated FCA environment and your passion for getting it right for the customer will give you the gravitas to interface directly with the UK Audit Risk and Compliance Committee, UK Board and Group Audit Committee.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

an understanding of FCA requirements and the wider UK regulatory environment; experience in the delivery of Internal audit assignments end to end; senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience; a proven record of forensic or conduct related investigations in financial services; a background in conduct risk management experience of litigation and an understanding of solicitors regulation (Desirable) ability to operate the UK whistleblowing arrangements (Desirable)
