Job Title: Mandarin Customer Relation Administrator (Leading Real Estate Developer)
Reports to: Head of Customer Relations
Location: West London
Status: full-time, permanent
Salary: £19k (Apprenticeship Level 3)
Summary:
"As a Trainee Mandarin Customer Relation administrator you will assist the Customer Relations Managers to guide our customers throughout the buying and post-completion process, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
"You will also support the Head of Customer Relations and Head of Sales in all areas of the departments administration to ensure high-quality services and the right outcomes for our customers and office in West London.
"As part of this opportunity we will offer the successful candidate a higher level apprenticeship with the ability to gain a level 3 qualification.
Your responsibilities:
"Implement company's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by managing the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
"Assiting the Customer Relations Managers with translating documents so that they can update customers on the status of purchases - legal status, which options have been selected etc
"Dealing with a varied customer base in a friendly, polite and professional manner where required
"Excellent customer service skills, with ability to respond efficiently to phone, e-mail and enquiries in person from a variety of people.
"Ad hoc general administration
"Assisting mandarin point of sale enquiries
"Ensure that you are able to travel between sites when needed
"A positive and willing attitude with the ability to work within and across teams, and to work flexibly / adapt to new circumstances.
"Shows respect for and sensitivity to protected characteristics, cultural and religious differences.
"Shows initiative and is willing to take decisions within the accepted parameters of the role, recognises when to refer up to more senior colleagues.
"Willingness to undertake any training relevant to the role.
"Other duties as required.
Your background:
"Enrollment in Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship
"Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Mandarin and English
"Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous & efficient telephone manner
"Educated to 5 GCSE including Maths and English or equivalent
"Have an interested in your own personal development
