Role & responsibilities:
Co-ordinate a variety of key customer accounts
Process and manage of sales orders
Dealing with customer and client requests and enquiries
Process back orders weekly and manage all sales administration
Processing of documents
Updating of computer systems
Produce Sales reports and administration for clients, sales reps and internal department
Ensure excellent level of customer service is always delivered
Supporting the sales team on a daily basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good customer service skills and telephone manner are essential previous experience in similar customer service or administration roles Experience of Microsoft office packages to include strong Excel skills Accuracy and attention to detail essential Knowledge of working in a process driven office or call centre environment Excellent at building lasting relationships Professional telephone manner
