As the Purchasing Administrator you will be supporting the Buyer with various procurement activities including raising and managing purchase orders and producing various purchasing support
You will be liaising with suppliers, agents, both within the UK and overseas regarding purchasing requirements and costing out products
As the Purchasing Administrator you will be chasing product samples and tracking customer orders
This role would suit people who also have the following experience: purchasing admin, procurement, buying, sales administration, expediting orders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within a purchasing/procurement/buying role would be highly advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good Numeracy Skills Computer Literate (Microsoft Office skills) Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative, as required
