Job Description

This could be a great opportunity for an experienced project administrator/project coordinator to make a positive difference by developing and improving processes and procedures.

What you’ll do:

  • Offer administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Coordinate admin tasks relating to the project - From inception to completion
  • Create, maintain and update project related documentation
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure the projected timescales are maintained
  • Maintain contact with key project members, decision-makers, and customers

  • Salary: up to 20k depending on experience
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent
  • Working Hours 37.5 per week
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience within an administration based role Experience within a project admin role (desirable) Effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
