Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Quotations & Order Process
* Provide quotations across a variety of product categories
* Order processing
* Liaising with commercial managers for product, pricing and stock
* Taking inbound calls and emails for sales enquiries
* Liaise with customers and suppliers for booking slots, kitting schedules and forecasts
Administration
* Responding to emails in conjunction with SLA's
* Managing daily and weekly reports
* Working with lead account managers to update pricing feeds
* Support the project manager with ad-hoc admin requests
* Process ownership and improvement
* General sales admin tasks
* Achieve agreed SLA's to ensure a high level of service and customer excellence
* Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must have a strong knowledge of sales support and administration in a fast moving environment * Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook * Professional telephone manner * Ability to work in a busy sales office * Attention to detail
