Job Description
THE ROLE
- Contacting customers to obtain completed documentation and proof of ID and address for finance agreements
- Checking of completed documents, ensuring that they are correct and submitting them to the finance companies for approval
- Producing finance contracts and sending these out to be signed by the customer
- Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles from/to client sites all over the UK
- Working closely with suppliers and customers to deal with any associated issues
- Dealing with delivery documentation and updating customers on progress of delivery
- Raising PO numbers and sending of invoices
- Processing orders for customers and taking payments
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to a busy fleet team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience Excellent communication and IT skills A proactive nature Highly organised and able to work under pressure
