Job Description
  • Contacting customers to obtain completed documentation and proof of ID and address for finance agreements
  • Checking of completed documents, ensuring that they are correct and submitting them to the finance companies for approval
  • Producing finance contracts and sending these out to be signed by the customer
  • Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles from/to client sites all over the UK
  • Working closely with suppliers and customers to deal with any associated issues
  • Dealing with delivery documentation and updating customers on progress of delivery
  • Raising PO numbers and sending of invoices
  • Processing orders for customers and taking payments
  • Providing a wide range of administrative support to a busy fleet team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience Excellent communication and IT skills A proactive nature Highly organised and able to work under pressure
