Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. We are now seeking a Retail Sales Administrator to join our ambitious team. You’ll be responsible for dealing with our customer’s enquiries, telephone orders and any issues arising with orders placed This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, looking to make their mark in a close-knit team, doing a job that is key to the development of our business.
You’ll have a proven track record of excellent communication skills, fantastic telephone manner, dealing with members of the public, giving clear and concise guidance and advice as required and of problem solving. Communication and lateral thinking are two of your key strengths and as a result you’ll be able to bring a cheerful, respectful approach to dealing with our customers.
Reliability in completing work to agreed standards in a timely fashion and being process driven are essential skills. Your outstanding communication skills will ensure you’re able to keep other team members informed of progress and any issues.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales and will have an enthusiastic, self-motivated approach to life that will enable you to work both independently and as an influential team member from day one.

Experience working in the retail sector
Proven track record in customer service within luxury environment
IT literate

Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach
An appreciation and understanding of jewellery would be beneficial to your application, as would fluency in German, in addition to English.
Please note, this is a full time role, which requires you to work every Saturday with a day off in the week and one Sunday per month.
Also, candidates progressed to the next stage will be required to take an online test prior to their interview.
