You will have the opportunity to work within a fantastic health and safety team in a global organisation which has come up due to a company restructure which means this site will be growing in size.
Tasks include (but are not exclusive to):
• Follow up accident/near miss/Safety Concern paperwork and input the data and action plans
• Update EHS boards, produce and send EHS notices, posters and signs
• Carry out EHS audits & Inspection, place any actions onto site action plan, inform management
• Produce, distribute & record EHS alerts, Toolbox talks, Visual aids, posters as required
• Run EHS Committee Team & complete meeting minutes and inspections, place any actions onto site action plan.
• Support mentors with training, as requested with EHS Projects
• Working with EHS UK Team & UK HR to roll out wellbeing campaigns. • Working closely with the HR Manager to ensure all EHS Administration on-site is accurate & displayed correctly. Support HR Manager with required admin relating to EHS projects, concerns and improvements

You will be a Team player, have great attention to detail and be able to speak to employees at all level. You must have a passion for Health & Safety and Environmental, able to work on their own initiative and with a team, have a strong drive for pushing forward changes and improvements, with an open mind, adaptable but with compromise and good diplomacy
