Job Description

Duties include;

  • Processing multiple clients payrolls in a team
  • Managing own portfolio of clients 70-80 from start to finish
  • Process Starters, Leavers and Contract Variations
  • Processing of manual payments for New Joiners
  • Processing payments for any Overtime and Holidays
  • Extensive payroll knowledge for maternity, sick pay
  • Complete manual calculations for SMP & SSP
  • Experienced with example pivots and V look ups
  • Completing routine payroll data entry on systems
  • Maintain and update all filing systems as required
  • Respond to general questions and queries from staff and managers as required
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
