Job Description

Due to continued expansion and internal promotion, our client is looking to recruit a dynamic person to fulfill the role of Sales Support / Administration.

This is an excellent opportunity to join their team, the successful applicant would be dealing with customer requests and queries via telephone and email. Daily placing and tracking of our purchase orders, as well as general filing and administrative duties form part of the job description. The role of Sales Support also involves meeting and greeting our customers while providing a supporting role to our more experienced Sales Designers.

The successful candidate should:

Have exceptional customer service skills.

Be a strong communicator.

Provide a professional telephone manner.

Have the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail.

Show proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Be enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Working hours would be 9am to 5pm five days a week.
