Job Description

The role:

  • To accurately record and track all administrative activities each month in order to maintain a comprehensive audit trail of payroll and associated financial records
  • To maintain and ensure accuracy and integrity of all employee payroll related records within the electronic systems and hard copy files
  • To support the Financial Accountant in any administrative activity needed to successfully complete each monthly payroll run
  • Assist the HR Manager with admin support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 A minimum of 2 years Payroll experience and a good understanding of current legislation relating to such Experience of running a large payroll with multiple sites and variables High level of attention to detail and accuracy
