To accurately record and track all administrative activities each month in order to maintain a comprehensive audit trail of payroll and associated financial records
To maintain and ensure accuracy and integrity of all employee payroll related records within the electronic systems and hard copy files
To support the Financial Accountant in any administrative activity needed to successfully complete each monthly payroll run
Assist the HR Manager with admin support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 2 years Payroll experience and a good understanding of current legislation relating to such Experience of running a large payroll with multiple sites and variables High level of attention to detail and accuracy
