Job Description

We are looking for a good all-round skilled individual with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be a good team player and very hands-on. You will have an empathetic nature with high emotional intelligence and be willing to learn and grow whilst developing in this role.

This is an extremely busy role and no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry skills
- Deal with incoming/make outgoing calls and speak confidently about the clients' broad product range
- Ability to spot an opportunity to speak further about the products available to buy
- Credit card processing
- Credit control in a friendly manner
- Administration duties
- Some accounts responsibilities
