Key Accountabilities:
Updating / Recording / Reporting:
Holiday/Absence management
Continuously update Kronos, T&A & iTrent systems
Operational timesheet
Payroll
Financial data inputting
Data inputting for carrier invoicing
General Office admin
Purchase Order management
Day to day service provider management
Liaising with 3rd party carriers to ensure that collecting & delivering products from client are being achieved and recorded.
Data input for the carrier management reports.
Data inputting by processing corrections on orders, review obtain authorisation and issue re-work instructions.
Be flexible and able to interchange on any tasks that are requested by the OS in terms of the weekly and daily administration service.
Maintenance of relevant performance management, disciplinary, LTS, Probationary process trackers.
Data inputting to enable the payroll process.
Ensure pay queries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner.
Carry out any other duties, which from time to time may be reasonably requested from the management team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Enthusiasm, drive and a can do attitude with an eagerness to develop. Knowledge or have a basic understanding of maintaining Health and Safety. Good sound knowledge of Excel, Word & be able to learn and use bespoke IT systems quickly and efficiently. Be able to prioritise workloads and multi task whilst working a fast paced busy environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to work in a team or individually
