Job Description

Key Duties:

* Being the first point of contact over the telephone and via email and working with customers
* Assisting with enquiries, queries and complaints
* Processing orders accurately
* Inputting accurately information onto the internal database
* Amending records
* Payment processing
* Running reports for your line manager
* Amending and formatting Word documents
* Building up key relationships with customers and managing your own workload and deadlines.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Proven track record of working in both an administration and customer service role * First class customer service skills over the telephone and in writing * PC literate Word, Excel and Outlook * Be able to work unsupervised * Exceptional attention to detail
