Job Description

The key duties will involve:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries from new and regular customers
  • Processing orders accurately
  • Assisting with product enquiries, pricing and altering anything that is required
  • Updating client records accurately
  • Payment processing
  • Liaising with finance in relation to invoices, client accounts and set up
  • Working with the warehouse team in relation to stock availability, deliveries etc.
  • Team working and assisting colleagues with any support that they require
  • Responding to emails
  • Operating across the internal database and the MS Office Suite.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
First class communication skills over the telephone and via email Be able to work with minimum supervision and be someone who is self motivated while being home based PC literate our client operates across Word, Excel and Outlook along with their inhouse database They would love to hear from those who have worked in processing orders, working with figures and above all you will have exceptional attention to detail.
