Handling world-wide logistics administration, including exports/improts, shipping documentation and couriers / deliveries arrangements
Managing business suppliers and contracts i.e. cleaners, security, insurances, etc.
Manage and review Health & Safety and Environmental and Sustainability records and files, ensuring compliance and acting as key contact for audits
Set up and management electronic document files on SharePoint
Stock take and order of office and operational supplies
Set up and management of necessary paper files for purposes
Implementation and development of office policies and processes
Ensuring the office is kept tidy and equipped
Phone answering and visitor and courier greetings/admissions
Occasional travel and hotel accommodation booking
Direct and coordinate efficient administrative support of the office
Providing high quality support to the senior managers
Analyse internal processes and implement changes to improve office operations and ensure compliance
Providing high quality support to executive staff
Some ad-hoc duties i.e updating the leave Calendar, updating entry logs, Christmas party night out, etc.
Educational prerequisite:
Educated to a minimum of HND level with 3+ years of experience in business administration, related fields, or other relevant previous experience.
