You will have attention to detail and the ability to priorities incoming work so as to meet deadlines. With a strong emphasis on customer service, you will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
You will work as part of an established Admin team providing a comprehensive and flexible secretarial service using digital dictation/voice recognition. An excellent telephone manner is essential and clear and precise taking of messages from the caller and relaying them to the clinician is a must. You will also be responsible for meeting & greeting patients, registering patients, booking appointment and some clinic management.
