Job Description

In order to succeed in this role you will be required to focus on the performance management of key personnel to ensure that productivity improvement plans are met, also ensuring departmental targets are achieved whilst maintaining housekeeping in line with departmental Health & Safety Performance.

Additionally you must be an effective team player with a positive and flexible approach, the ability to use your own initiative and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of production supervision/management

Familiarity with Modern Manufacturing Techniques including Lean Manufacturing, 5S and educated to an A Level standard would be a distinct advantage. A background in FMCG and Manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.
