Job Description

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including scheduling works for the companies site based technical staff, collating technical data from site personnel and compiling technical reports, filing, general administration and telephony duties.


Specific Duties:

  1. Dealing with client queries and booking or confirming planned works.
  2. Scheduling site visits for the companies technical staff.
  3. Collation and generation of technical reports (full training will be given)
  4. Filing data onto the companies digital filing systems.
  5. Conducting stock checks.
  6. Arranging accommodation and travel arrangements.

The successful candidate should have a professional outlook and willingness to learn, be of smart appearance with ambition to progress. they must have an adaptive approach to their work environment and enjoy working as part of a team. The candidate must be computer literate, self motivated and reliable with good organisational & planning skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work. 

Previous experience of administration work is preferred but not essential as full training shall be given

Other Details:

The role is based on core hours of 37.5 Hrs per week


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience, organised, able to work at a fast and efficient pace, Good computer literacy, Polite telephone manner
