Job Description

This central role will be responsible for maintaining our property and estate record system and managing our title deeds storage.

You will work on interesting projects, gathering information for property sales, leases, and management.

It’s vital that our rent invoices are issued and paid; you will be responsible for this, but we have nice tenants.

You'll also support the team with general administration and be a point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

About you

Your application should show the ability to assemble information to support a project or report.

Experience of invoicing and credit control, or working with numbers, routines and follow-up.

We would expect you to show how you have supported colleagues, communicated with customers and have excellent personal organization.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We're looking for someone with knowledge of property deeds, transfers, leases and licenses. You must have either experience of managing property and estates or experience of record-keeping in another role or a relevant diplomat.
