In this role you will be working with a team of Health Care Professional/ Safeguarding/CIC Children’s team based at The Child development Centre and external agencies e.g. Police & Social Services. Your duties will include child record maintenance, management of databases, copy and audio typing, and filing and archiving. Other general office practices including photocopying, faxing, processing mail, setting-up clinics and providing general administrative support and meeting agreed timescales will also be required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good organizational and interpersonal skills are important, as is the ability to work as an effective team member. Demonstrable experience in communicating with a wide range of people is essential. With RSA II typing or equivalent / practical experience, you must have experience of using Microsoft Word and have word processing skills. Audio Typing would be an advantage.
