Job Description
As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Managing the HR department Inbox
- Triaging queries and logging on our case management system and delegating to relevant Assistant/Advisor
- Managing the department switchboard
- Recording data and producing reports
- Supporting the administration of the DBS process
- Administrating various HR related processes
- Any other duties required by the line manager to support the HR department
As an HR Administrator you will have the following expertise and attributes:
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process-driven
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of workload
- Ability to follow and adhere to set processes
- Ability to know when to escalate to management
- Work well as part of a team
- Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office software.
