Job Description

As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the HR department Inbox
  • Triaging queries and logging on our case management system and delegating to relevant Assistant/Advisor
  • Managing the department switchboard
  • Recording data and producing reports
  • Supporting the administration of the DBS process
  • Administrating various HR related processes
  • Any other duties required by the line manager to support the HR department

As an HR Administrator you will have the following expertise and attributes:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Process-driven
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of workload
  • Ability to follow and adhere to set processes
  • Ability to know when to escalate to management
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office software.
