Job Description
As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of all aspects of data input and data cleansing to assist Finance Director on efficiently and effectively running the day to day of the Finance Department.
Along with working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will:
- Cleanse the current database to ensure client and introducer data is consistent across the business
- Continue to monitor and update data records in line with company processes and procedures so that the data available to the management team is accurate
- Report to the Office manager any inconsistencies or issues identified in respect of data use across all users
- Assist with the Office Manager to document changes or updates in process and procedures
- Monitor data standards including adherence to the data protection act
- Assist the Office Manager in controlling access permissions and privileges
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data. Experience working in a similar position is desired. Excellent communicational skills.
