Job Description

My client are a leading and highly reputable ecommerce company in Trafford Park, they require some help during a particularly busy period therefore I am looking for someone customer service focused who is confident calling customers to check the details and their order.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Phone experience is required. Understanding of compliance and data protection. Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system. Excellent attention to detail, detail accuracy and communication skills are required. The ability to work at pace through a variety of tasks some of which can be high volume. Excellent IT skills.
