Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a part time office administrator/book-keeper for their busy office.The role would be for three to four days per week.

The role would require the post holder to be able to carry out a book-keeping role to include sales ledger, purchase ledger and other financial responsibilities as well as general admin duties to help with the smooth running of an office.

The person will be numerate, able to work under their own initiative and with an attention to detail. Excellent communication both written and verbal is also essential.

A working knowledge of VAT and IT systems would be an advantage.Qualification to AAT level would be desirable.

Salary will be dependent on experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience, organised, able to work at a fast and efficient pace, Good computer literacy, Polite telephone manner
