Job Description

The role will be providing administrative support to the business by undertaking a wide range of duties involving the delivery of key business systems and processes. You will be responsible for;

Accounts Support;

  • Supporting the Accounts Manager in raising Sub-Contract payment applications
  • Assisting with invoicing and general Company accounts procedures
  • Assist with opening customer Trading Accounts
  • Customer queries and general accounts support.

Rental Desk Support;

  • Handling initial sales enquiries
  • Supporting Contracts Department in administration of sales enquiries & site visits etc.
  • Raising quotes via WORD/EXCEL spreadsheets
  • Loading sales enquiries onto Company systems
  • Collating and distribution of Glenigan Reports
