Accounts & Sales Administrator
Job Description
The role will be providing administrative support to the business by undertaking a wide range of duties involving the delivery of key business systems and processes. You will be responsible for;
Accounts Support;
- Supporting the Accounts Manager in raising Sub-Contract payment applications
- Assisting with invoicing and general Company accounts procedures
- Assist with opening customer Trading Accounts
- Customer queries and general accounts support.
Rental Desk Support;
- Handling initial sales enquiries
- Supporting Contracts Department in administration of sales enquiries & site visits etc.
- Raising quotes via WORD/EXCEL spreadsheets
- Loading sales enquiries onto Company systems
- Collating and distribution of Glenigan Reports
