Offering a salary of £17,000pa, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Accessible location with parking available and good transport links.
The role will be a Front of House position with duties including:
Answering a busy switchboard
Greeting visitors to site
Sorting and distributing mail
Dealing with customer queries
Providing information on stock, deliveries, samples etc.
Updating internal systems including database
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be highly customer focused, Good knowledge of MS Office packages along with fast, accurate data entry skills are also required for this role. Experience of CRM nd /or SAP would also be desirable.
